Bob Esposito was born into a military family at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Throughout his childhood his father was stationed in various cities along the eastern seaboard. During that time he was exposed to the rich architectural remnants of colonial America in cities such as Beaufort, South Carolina, Williamsburg, Virginia, and Annapolis, Maryland. Bob’s parents eventually retired to Jacksonville, Florida. It was there that he met his wife and started a family of his own. After apprenticing from 1981 to 1984, Bob began working as a freelance designer until 1994 when he partnered with a local architect to start a residential design company. In 2006 their company merged with a larger national architecture firm. During his time there he worked with the Mississippi Governor's Office recovery and renewal task force to integrate indigenous aesthetics with modular housing for post-Katrina neighborhoods. Bob's involvement in nearly every facet of residential design and planning provides him with a unique perspective and skill set to guide homeowners and builders through the design process. Over the years he has won multiple awards for his practical and aesthetically driven designs. He is a Certified Professional Building Designer and a member of the American Institute of Building Design. Esposito Design is the culmination of Bob's passion—producing high quality, functional, and good-looking home designs.

Longtime Jacksonville native and resident shark's tooth hunting expert, Monica keeps our books balanced down to the penny (we're not kidding). Her experience working in the banking industry has made her a valued member of the Esposito Design team. Not one to shy away from a midlife challenge, she completed her Associates in Arts degree with honors from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2012. She's been with the team since the beginning and has proven indispensable in keeping our finances squared away. When she's not busy counting beans she can be found at the beach with her grandchildren combing for sharks teeth, surf fishing, or grabbing a fried shrimp basket at Safe Harbor Seafood.
